Notes: We powered on this Control Unit and observed the LED readout light up and blink.  We believe the blinking is because it is not attached to an output unit.  The LED does not blink when you actuate the language button.  No additional testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
