Final Sale – No Returns

Products listed as “No Returns” are sold as-is, with no guarantee of functional status. These products may have additional defects not described. Items are only considered for return due to seller error within 30 days of delivery.

Exclusions, Limitations & Miscellaneous

Return Process

• To initiate a return, the buyer must notify DougDeals in writing within the applicable return period.
• Returns must be authorized by DougDeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
• Authorized returns must be received by DougDeals within 21 days of authorization. Returns received after 21 days will be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
• Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
• Replacement or substitute items may be provided at DougDeals’ discretion instead of a refund.

Fees & Deductions

• There is no restocking fee, but DougDeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
• Calibration fees, testing fees, import fees (including customs duties and taxes), and costs for specialized packaging are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable for international orders, shipments to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii, and orders sent via expedited or non-standard shipping methods.
• Return shipping charges are not covered by DougDeals for international orders, shipments to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii, and orders sent via non-standard shipping methods.

Transit & Damage

• Any damage occurring during transit via services arranged by DougDeals must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
• DougDeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.

Policy-Specific Notes

• 30-Day Guarantee: Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
• Final Sale – No Returns: Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
