Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This assembly is in fair cosmetic condition with scuffs/scratches and minor residue from use, as well as some notable blemishes. The motor on the long axis has lots of dents on one side, and its rail cover is more scratched. One aluminum bracket protruding from the main long bracket is cut-off. There is minor oxidation on the linear rail. The brake doesn't have a label, but a similar unit we have is marked for 24VDC brake power. Travel length is approximate, measured from the physical limits of motion.

Notes: This lot was removed from a decommissioned machine and not tested separately, except to note that both axes move with light hand pressure (the shorter axis needs its brake to be released first). The brake holds the short axis until power is applied. No other testing was done.

- Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
- Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.
Return Shipping and Refunds
- If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.

Shipping and Responsibility
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
