Comes in non-original packaging.  This Ball Valve is missing one of the flanges and one flange cap.  Additionally there seems to be a dried glue substance on one side of the internal ball valve that limits the ability to open and close the valve. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: We tested the Ball Valve by forcing the valve open due to the dried glue substance on one side of the internal ball valve.  No additional testing was performed.
