Notes: This unit is in good working condition with one minor caveat: the displayed set point will adjust from zero to only 99.4 as shown. We are not sure why it doesn't go all the way to 100 but it doesn't.  No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
