Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. This controller is in Fair cosmetic condition with minor blemishes from prior use.  One of the front handles is bent.  One of the lugs is broken off the main input circuit breaker. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This unit is NOT working properly. We bypassed the circuit breaker and the supply did not power on.  When the START switch is pressed, a click comes from inside the box.  Nothing else apparently happened.  No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
