Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This supply is in fair cosmetic condition. It really looks good overall, but when we were reviewing the photos we noticed some hairline cracks on the bottom and one side (image 4). These were pressed firmly and didn't move, as the supply feels solid like it's encapsulated inside. We are confident this will pose no functional problem for you.

Notes: This supply is in good working condition. The 15V outputs give 14.9V with no load and at 200mA output. The 5V output is adjustable with the potentiometer nearby; when set to 5.01V unloaded, the output dipped to 4.97V with 3A and 4.95V with 3.8A output current. The green light shows up when power is applied to the input. No other testing was done.
The last image shows: +15 and -15 volts and +5 volt outputs with no load, shows that the outputs are isolated from each other, and shows the super safe, not at all sketchy setup we used for load testing the supply.
