Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This item is used but has been thoroughly cleaned. Much of the informational graphics printed on the metal housing have been removed during cleaning/usage.
The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This machine was bench-tested by filling the reservoir with approximately 1 gallon of food-grade cooking oil. The pump housing was pre-heated using a heat gun, allowing the oil to reach a suitable viscosity for circulation. Once preheated, the unit successfully pumped the oil through the system, and the motor and pump operated smoothly as designed.

Please note that the unit's built-in oil heating function is NOT OPERATIONAL. To use the machine, the pump must first be thoroughly preheated with a heat gun (accessible by removing the top cover). After several minutes of preheating, the unit can be powered on and will circulate oil normally.

The quick disconnect fittings are in good working condition and can easily be reconfigured for either the inlet or outlet connection as needed.

This unit is missing the Pan Cover and Sediment Clean Out Scoop, and does not include any Heavy Duty Filter paper.
No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

  • Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
  • Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
  • Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  • Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Shipping and Refunds

  • If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
  • If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
    • Safe return shipping.
    • Return shipping costs.
    • Any loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
  • Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
  • There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
  • Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping and Responsibility

  • International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
