Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This item is in good cosmetic condition with minor scuffs and scratches from regular use but nothing that would affect functionality.

Notes: This capacitor is in good working condition as far as we can test. We used a handheld meter to verify capacitance is close to nominal. Rotation is smooth and requires only light fingertip pressure on the shaft, and the rotor stays in place when set. We did not perform voltage or current testing. No other testing was done.
