Condition: Refurbished by Seller. Comes in non-original packaging. This microscope and all of its components are in good cosmetic and working condition with a few minor cosmetic blemishes and signs of normal use, but nothing that affects functionality. Some of the components are brand new (see included list). One of the microscope 2x2 stage mounting screw heads is broken off. The stage is still securely fastened to the base plate.The base plate/stand is non-branded and was custom-made from solid aluminum. The bottom plate is 3/4-inch thick. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: All of the microscope's internal optics, auxiliary objective and eyepieces have been professionally cleaned. The optics are clear with no scratches, defects or aberrations. All zoom/focus knobs and the X-Y stage travel smoothly. The fiber light runs quietly and the dimmer functions through very dim to full illumination (a new bulb has been installed). The scope's actual low to high magnification of a US penny are shown in the last set of photos.
