Notes: When power was applied four of the six cooling fans turned on.  Two of the fans need to be replaced (by the buyer) for proper operation.  When the power switch was turned on all the green LED's came on.  We measured all the appropriated voltages at the power terminal  block.  No further testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
