Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  It has scuffs and scratches from normal use. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This item was not fully tested, since we do not have the proper resources.  When we connected an external air source to this item we could open/close the internal bellows, as seen in the pictures.  No further testing was performed.  We are not familiar with this type of valve so we are not sure on how to correctly name this item.  The top black portion was not tested.  We did not know how to electrically wire it up.  We are not sure if this is a heat source or not. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
