This Meter Base Enclosure is in a NEW and UNUSED cosmetic condition.  The inside tag reads Series 9700L but there is no model number beyond that series number within or on the Meter enclosure.  It comes in a Milbank box in which the model number reads U4788-XL-AE.  So, we are sure that it is a series 9700L but beyond the model on the box, we can't confirm any additional model number.  The specs for a series 9700L and the U4788-XL-AE seem to be the same.  Both are 600V, 200A, 3PH, 7 Jaw, Surface Mount, etc.  In the end, we have a new product that shows Series 9700L in an OPEN Milbank box that reads U4788-XL-AE.
