Condition: Refurbished by Seller. This microscope system is in good cosmetic and working condition. The eyepieces and internal objectives have been professionally cleaned by our microscope technician and there are no flaws in any of the optics. The internal objective posts have also been cleaned and relubricated. All of the items have some cosmetic scuffs, scratches, and signs of normal use. The boom base and focus mount have some small paint chips (as can be seen in the photos). However, this does not affect functionality.
The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.
Notes: The view through the scope and camera port is clear and aligned with no chips, cracks or flaws in any of the optics. The fiber optic illuminator adjusts through its proper low light to bright light range. All of the focus mount/boom stand mechanics function normally. The last pair of photos show the actual view/magnification of a US bicentennial quarter through this scope.

- Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
- Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.
Return Shipping and Refunds
- If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
- Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Shipping and Responsibility
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
