Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  This cutter is in Fair cosmetic condition with minor blemishes from prior use.  There are scuffs/scratches all over, and grease residues in the moving parts.  One back foot is missing.  The side support is missing from the floating side gauge.  There is a torn safety label on one side, and the handle for the sliding gauge is broken but still working. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This guillotine is in mostly-good working condition.  We used it to slice a stack of paper 17mm thick with only moderate user force.  The cutter sliced all the way through the bottom sheet as shown.  The lock does NOT catch and hold the handle and blade in the fully-up position, we are not sure why.  No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
