Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This supply is in fair cosmetic condition overall. The front looks pretty nice, but the top and especially the corners of the top have scuffs/scratches from prior use.

Notes: This supply is in good working condition as far as we can test. The output voltage is always "close" to our Fluke handheld meter, but not an exact match at all times. We do not have a 1.5kW load, so we used our lower power load to sink 25A at 8V and 8A at 60V (the limits of our load) and we verified this supply can give full current at very low voltage outputs by shorting the output with a heavy gauge wire. The output voltage will not increase until the current is set over about 30 milliamps, and the output voltage is never 0V unless a small load is applied (we understand both of these conditions are normal/common with this kind of power supply). The buttons and dials work. The displays and indicators are bright and easy to read. The fans change speed (louder at high output power) automatically. No other testing was done.

- Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
- Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.
Return Shipping and Refunds
- If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.

- Any loss or damage during return transit.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
