Condition: Used. Comes in opened shelf-worn original packaging as shown.  These fixtures are in good cosmetic condition with minor "shelf wear" type scuffs from rubbing in the boxes.  We don't want to mention Fred in particular but "somebody" reinstalled the diffuser on the lamp (shown opened), and they put the security screw in without being careful and chipped the diffuser.  This won't affect function of the lamp and is invisible from directly below, but it doesn't look nice and new when viewed from an angle.  

Note: NONE of the arms are included with these, and only one set of mounting hardware (shown) is included.  Also there are no lamps/bulbs in these fixtures. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.
