Condition: Used. This set is in fair cosmetic condition, with some scuffs/scratches but pretty clean. There are scuffs/scratches on both the arm and the controller as shown. The labels on the arm are peeling a little bit, and the connector labels on the controller are faded. The controller is too heavy for the rack mounting so it bent the rails a little, and now has a painted 2x4 holding up the back of the controller. The wheels of the cabinet roll easily but vibrate when being moved around. The X31 connector on the manipulator has a small piece of plastic chipped off, but the connector still mates easily and securely.

Notes: This robot is in good working condition, runs quietly, and reports only 361 hours runtime (see photo #9). We were able to get all 6 axes moving in start-up mode after reconfiguring the program slightly to remove references to the previous owner's networked safety parts. The diagnostic report said the batteries were at 25.3 Volts, but we can't guarantee capacity/runtime of the batteries. We left the robot parked as close to the transport position called out on the base as possible (see photo #8). No other testing was done.

30-Day Guarantee
- Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
- Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.
Return Shipping and Refunds
- If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.

Shipping and Responsibility
