Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. This supply is in fair cosmetic condition, with the ugliest spot on top - it looks like someone was using this as a table; it is covered with stains, scuffs, and scratches, and the tamper-evident label is broken. The sides have some blemishes also, and the unit you receive may also have scratches on the rack mount handles or blue paint drips in various places. The front panel looks surprisingly nice by comparison. Note this unit appears to be a rebadged Lambda Genesys GEN40-38 power supply.

Notes: This power supply is in MOSTLY-working condition. We were able to verify full voltage and full current output. The problem is that the voltage adjustment dial is "flaky" - the voltage adjusts in jumps and skips back and forward in coarse; in fine adjust mode, the adjustment seems to prefer going the right direction but it is very slow. Remote programming should work normally, but we are unable to test those features. The voltage could only be set up to 39.99 (multiple units we have of this model do the same thing). We verified output of 38A with voltage control down to 12V, and 40V up to 13A (the limits of our load), and we observed (over) full current capacity at a few millivolts using a large gauge wire shorting the terminals. The output enable/disable works. The displays are bright and clear, and the fans adjust speed with increasing output power. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
