Jewett BBR55-1B Blood Bank Refrigerator Various Issues, Kinda Works - Parts

Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This refrigerator is in Fair cosmetic condition with lots of minor blemishes (scuffs/scratches/stains) from prior use.  There are green residues on the bottom inside. There are splash marks under the refrigeration unit inside. The drain evaporator area is dented up and has lots of residues. There are some heavy dents/scratches on the back corners.  The guts are missing from the chart recorder so it doesn't have anything to spin the paper.  We do not have a key for the door latch locks (it is unlocked). There are no shelf hangers and the one rack sitting on the floor inside is not the proper size for this unit. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This refrigerator is in PARTIAL working condition. The refrigeration works but it only cooled down to about 45ºF even though we left it running for about six hours. The fan inside rattles.  The interior lamp does not light up. The control panel never lights up or responds to button presses. A light comes on the chart recorder and blinks green. Nothing else happens. We are not sure what may be wrong with this unit but it needs at least a refrigeration service to get cold again plus whatever repairs are needed for the controller. No other testing was done. This is being sold AS/IS for parts or repair. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
