Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. This microscope, focus mount and eyepieces are in good cosmetic condition with a few minor cosmetic blemishes and signs of normal use. However, the eyetube/camera changer knob has been broken off (see 3rd photo), and the head has internal zoom issues. The objective post gears are stripped or loose. Although both zoom knobs turn, they do not move the objectives up or down. The eyepiece assembly cover is also loose with two broken plastic tabs and will have to be glued in place after refurbishing. We do not have experience servicing this microscope brand and do not have replacement parts on hand, so we were unable to refurbish it. Therefore, it is being listed For Parts or Repair Only.

The eyepiece optics are clear with no scratches, chips or aberrations, and both diopters function normally. The focus mount travels smoothly up/down with no issues. Both eyetubes were removed and are included, as can be seen in the photos.

Final Sale – No Returns

Products listed as "No Returns" are sold as-is, with no guarantee of functional status.

Return Authorization

If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.
Unauthorized returns of “as-is” products will be made available for return to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
If a return is accepted:
- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Return Requests

Seller Error: Examples include wrong product sent or inauthenticity.
- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.
Buyer Error: Examples include wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, or found a better price.
- No returns are accepted for buyer error.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.

Shipping and Responsibility

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
