Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This printer is in good condition with minor scuffs and scratches from previous use but nothing that would affect the functionality of the unit.

Notes: We took the print heads out and cleaned the contacts on the unit and the printheads themselves. Once powered on the unit starts and test prints, but the yellow and black ink do not output onto the paper. We assume that the printheads are clogged and will need cleaning/ replacement. The unit functions excellently other than those colors not working. No further testing was performed.
