This Water Heater Platform is in a NEW and UNUSED cosmetic condition and comes in the original OPEN Holdrite box that shows some wear from storage.  On the outside of the box is written, "Missing Parts".  We checked the part list for this model and all of the parts seem to be included.  The distinction may be between "Wall Mount" and "Ceiling Mount" Models.  This is a wall-mount Parts list (which includes this model number) that has different required parts than ceiling-mounted versions.
