Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging. There may be some light scratches/scuffs on the plastic housing from normal use, but nothing that affects function. There are 2 passive probes, but only 1 Retractable Hook Tip.

Notes: This unit was bench-tested using a 1.5V AA battery as a known DC voltage source. Both CH1 and CH2 inputs responded appropriately to the applied DC voltage, and the displayed trace moved in the expected direction when battery polarity was reversed. Vertical controls and basic voltage response were also tested. No obvious functional issues were observed during this basic test. Calibration accuracy and full bandwidth performance were not verified. The carrying handle/adjustable tilt stand is in good working order and free of major defects.

- Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
- Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.
Return Shipping and Refunds
- If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.
