Condition: Used. This machine is in fair cosmetic condition overall. There are scuffs/scratches/residues here and there all over. There is a new mirror and lens in this unit. Inside the top/front part of the work area, a sheet-metal air deflector panel is missing. The display has what looks like a wrinkled protective plastic layer INSIDE the control panel. The prior owner had various items mounted outside, and some extra holes remain. The "crumb catcher" removable tray is missing. The top-panel stickers are peeling and torn on the corners. The previous owner found the autofocus got in their way, so they removed the tip of the plunger; autofocus will not work unless you replace that piece.

Notes: This engraver is in good working condition. We were able to run a few test prints including with the rotary attachment, without difficulty. The alignment, sensors and air assist all work as expected. Focus was set manually using the included tool. We downloaded software from the manufacturer, and tested using the Ethernet port, as the USB ports are reputed to be less reliable on this model. No other testing was done.
Please NOTE: the date indicated on the laser tube is quite old, and it may require replacement sooner rather than later.

- Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
- Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.
Return Shipping and Refunds
- If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
- Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Shipping and Responsibility
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
