Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This tester is in Fair cosmetic condition with several notable blemishes from prior use.  The worst is that the indicating needle is missing.  The workpiece-holding clamp under the measuring head is missing.  There is surface rust on chrome-plated parts, and heavier rust on the drive screw, especially at the ends of the screw.  The spirit level is busted. The RAISE/LOWER switch handle is bent.  The main electrical power cable's insulation is badly cracked and the cable should probably be replaced but it works.  There is no pen on the chart recorder.  The model number plate is clearly stamped but the font is not clear as to whether this is model M1 or MI; we guessed it's M1.  Also, the entire thing is really dusty. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This tester is in PARTIAL working condition. The motor only runs in the "raise" direction. The pen cable is disconnected from the pendulum. The crystal over the gauge face, and the indicator needle are missing!  When the pendulum is moved, the needle's mounting stem in the center of the face rotates, so it would at least give readings if the needle were to be replaced. The pull tab under the indicator, which would mount a clamp to pull your test articles, has no clamp attached. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
