Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This machine is in fair cosmetic condition overall, with notable blemishes. There are some broken plastic cover corners, the worst is the back/bottom panel, and its mount bracket on the back/right corner is mashed down. There is lots of chunky buildup, on the floor inside. The cleaning/roller/vaccum nozzle parts are loose/unbolted, and missing some parts - the idler roller is missing whatever holds it to the forks, and at least one little vacuum jumper hose is missing. There is some heavy wear on the sides of the nozzle itself where it rides under a steel rail. A solenoid and a connector, both cut off, were found in the machine, and the cleaning-cloth advancing motor was unplugged when we got this. The gauge for an air regulator is broken. A few pneumatic valve connectors are disconnected, so a valve manifold may be missing. The mounting arm and monitors are missing. The linear motion guide ways look clean and bright, except for grease residue mostly on the ends. Both power supply modules were confirmed present in the M37 PSU Module. There are 3x dual stepper SM2 cards and two NextMove cards in the machine controller (plus two empty "spare" locations).
Please NOTE: The computer is MISSING and we do not have the software either. Aside from that, the system appears complete, with print head, conveyor, vision system, and all covers as shown.

Notes: This machine is in PARTIAL working condition. We could not perform thorough testing due to the lack of a computer. When power is applied, the fans turn on and a couple of LEDs show up in the controller, and a green light blinked on the I/O and cleaner nodes. When air was applied, something made a loud clank like something had moved with pneumatic power, but we didn't see what moved. When the outside lamp button is pressed, some lights inside turn on. All linear-moving parts (print head, vision in 2 axes, through-conveyor width adjust) that we could reach, moved easily and smoothly with light or moderate hand pressure. The conveyor width adjustment belt can also be moved by hand. The struts on the back cover do not hold the cover open. The front cover opens and closes, but not smoothly. NO other testing was done.

Shipping and Responsibility
