Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This item is in poor cosmetic condition. According to the metal plate, the last inspection of this unit was 2011. Most of the metal parts are showing rust/corrosion, including the steel cable. The rubber cable boot is corroded and crumbling. The self-locking snap hook is fully-functional, but is showing a lot of surface-level corrosion.
The red load/impact indicator has NOT deployed, however.

Notes: The cable does not extend on this unit, as it appears to be in a locked state, and the unlocking function does not appear to be working. This unit is not in working order and is being sold AS-IS for parts.

Return Authorization

- Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
