Condition: Used. This system is in fair cosmetic condition, with minor blemishes from prior use. The top of the door has paint overspray and scratches. A few small spots on the support bars in the cutting area have been damaged by laser cuts. One support bar is missing. The right side of the RTC controller is a little smashed, and the metal panel where it mounts is dented-in and the controller is not sitting perfectly straight. The wheels don't roll smoothly. Some of the labels are peeling. There is stubborn dirt around some of the corners. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This laser is in good working condition as far as we can test. Using the file loaded by the previous owner, we were able to cut wood and engrave stainless steel. All axes of motion are quiet in operation, and the air blow-off works well. Note: There is a metal cutting head fitted, so there is no autofocus as currently equipped. No other testing was done.
No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

30-Day Guarantee

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping and Responsibility

International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
