Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This supply is in Fair cosmetic condition with lots of minor scuffs and scratches, and some minor adhesive label residues from prior use. Some of the legends are fading on the display panel. Please NOTE: We are 99% sure this uses an SHV type connector for J1 high voltage output, based on visual comparison with BNC and MHV connectors.

Notes: This supply is in mostly-working condition, except that the mA indicator doesn't illuminate. We are only equipped to measure up to 500V, so we strung 49.92 k ohms (5x 10k ohms resistors) in series on the output, and found the voltage indication matched our own meter. The current made sense, displaying 10.089mA at 500V and 1.008mA at 50V output. Maximum output voltage indication is 2998.9V, which we are unable to measure. The buttons, output High Voltage switch, polarity switch and adjustment knob all worked as expected. The adjustment knob deserves special mention because it is highly intuitive. Very-slow rotation gives slow-millivolts changes, and a big crank of the knob can give thousands of volts with a flick of the dial. The unit identifies itself at startup as 225.03. We did not test remote control or programming features. No other testing was done.

30-Day Guarantee

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping and Responsibility

International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
