Condition: Used. This machine is in fair cosmetic condition with some minor flaws that don't affect function.  The door of the working area has been removed, so the top left corner of the mechanism rubs inside the plexiglas side panel if someone pushes on the side of the machine.  The door on the electronics enclosure has a few deep scratches.  The down-limit switch has a damaged rubber boot. There is a door safety switch/lock, and the part that should be on the door is included so the machine acts like the door is still present.  Labels on the machine variously indicate this is a Shrink Laminator, Thermal Laminator, and Shrink Cycler.

Notes: This machine is in good working condition with a few minor caveats.  We used recipes left by the previous owner and were able to complete a cycle without any errors.  Two of the four product clamps at the top (manually actuated by toggle switches) don't operate without a gentle nudge from a fingertip.  As the operator's fingertip is there already to operate the toggle, this doesn't pose a problem.  One program seems designed to verify the down-limit is 1610mm; the machine stops at that point when it hits the switch as shown.  It looks like the brackets should be adjustable for another centimeter or so of travel.  The first program we tried, from cold nozzles, heated quickly and overshot the set temperature by a few degrees and set an alarm which was able to be cleared; eventually the temperatures stabilized.  This is probably a tuning issue.  After changing to a different program, it was able to control temperatures to setpoint without errors.  The battery in the HMI is depleted, so it gives a date/time warning at initial power-on.  Other than those minor things, the machine runs well, raising and lowering the heater head at a set rate and controlling temperature and airflow within tight tolerances.  The centering clamps open and close automatically, and the door lock sets and releases automatically.  The display on the HMI is clear and bright, and it responds to touch inputs as expected.  No other testing was done.
