Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This nutrunner is in fair cosmetic condition with minor blemishes from prior use. There is a heavy scuff with light rust by the tool end. There are dark spots under the clear plastic that covers the label (bottom of last picture).
The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.
Notes: This was removed from a decommissioned system where it was held in a machine fixture by the metal band, where the rusty scratch is near the end of the tool. Without the rest of the machine where this was installed, we were not able to get the tool to run. When connected only to a PF4 controller, it initializes without error at power-on, and gives a solid amber light waiting for a start command (from the machine which is no longer connected). The output hex can be turned easily with light fingertip pressure, which causes a small growling noise from the middle of the tool. No other testing was done.

- Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
- Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.
Return Shipping and Refunds
- If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
- Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Shipping and Responsibility
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
