Condition: Used. This machine is in fair cosmetic condition overall. The outside looks pretty nice with only some minor scuffs/scratches and residues, with the heaviest scratches on the top/back frame rail that really just make it look a little dirty (photo #4). Inside, in the top and bottom, are thousands of tiny magnetic bits and a few plastic parts, remains of the prototype metal-and-plastic products shredded by the prior owner. There is a minor oil film on top of the frame, under the corner of the machine by the oil filler hole, and on bottom especially on the motor-end of the shredder opening. We are not sure if there is a leak, if there was a spill, or if this system seeps a little oil, but we didn't see any fresh oil drops during several minutes of testing. The installed teeth have some visible damage, dented corners, blunted teeth, etc., as well as lots of small magnets and magnetic powder from the previous owner's products. The teeth in the box look as if they could be unused, but they are all covered in surface rust. There is a slight odor of gear oil. The cutters in the box are 3/4" thick, and it looks like the installed cutters are stacked to make up the 1.5" thickness.

Notes: This shredder is in good working condition. It runs smoothly and quietly in forward and reverse, and the E-stop works. No other testing was done.

- Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
- Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.
Return Shipping and Refunds
- If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
- Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.

Shipping and Responsibility
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
- Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
- Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
