Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This meter is in fair overall cosmetic condition with minor scuffs/scratches/stains from prior use, mostly on top. There are also a few dings around the corners of the bezels front and rear.
The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.
Notes: This meter is in good working condition except that the display is quite dim. The first picture shows how she looks with bright ambient light; the testing pictures were brightened considerably to show the display. Readings from the front and rear inputs on the DC Volts, AC Volts, DC current, AC current, frequency, 4-wire and 2-wire Ohms settings were close to the readings we would get on our reference meter. Self tests came back "PASS". No other testing was done.

- Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- To initiate a return, the buyer must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period.

Return Authorization Requirements
- Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Dougdeals will arrange return shipping and provide a return label to the buyer.
- Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of authorization.
