Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging.  This scope is in Fair cosmetic condition with minor scuffs/scratches/stains and residues from old adhesive labels here and there all over.  There is some kind of funkiness happening INSIDE the display, we are not sure what this is.  There is wear on the Tekprobe interfaces of each channel.

Notes: This scope is in PARTIAL working condition.  When we first switched it on, a message flashed on the screen saying a fault had occurred, and to run signal path compensation.  The self-tests came back with a FAIL for Cal Initialization as shown.  Signal Path Compensation showed FAIL.  We checked the error log and there was a screen full of badness.  The traces displayed onscreen were extremely noisy, especially on channel 1.  After a few minutes of being on, we performed the signal path compensation which came back with a PASS result.  After that, the traces shown on screen were clear all the way out to 1GHz (if a little choppy as is typical of this low of a sampling rate) and self-tests repeatedly came back PASS both with a running scope and after it was unplugged from the mains.  Also, the display is usable under normal ambient lighting but it is pretty dim even turned all the way to 100%.

Something is wrong with this oscilloscope, but it also kinda seems to work, and we are not sure what's wrong so we are listing it AS-IS for a unit to be repaired or be used as parts.
