Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging.  This sourcemeter is in Fair cosmetic condition, with minor blemishes from prior use.  There is a note attached from a calibration laboratory, saying it's "BAD, ERROR -285" and we are not sure what this means.

Notes: This sourcemeter is in PARTIAL working condition.  Both channels have a similar problem: When we set 6V across our 2Ω resistor, the displays would indicate 6V output, but they actually gave approximately 5.75V (and a corresponding 2.9A instead of 3A as they should).  Both gave about 39.9V actual output when programmed for 40V at 1A on our 40Ω resistor.  We are not sure why they are not indicating actual voltage output.  Also, some segments of the display are not as bright as others.  The buttons and knob all respond to user inputs appropriately.  The fan started running at high speed, with no power going in or out of either output.  The rear of the unit was very warm.  No other testing was done.
