SP Scientific XE75 Temperature Cycling FTS Air-Jet No Heat, Restricted Air Flow

Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This system is in Fair cosmetic condition.  There are lots of small scuffs/scratches/dings especially in the bigger cabinet that make it look a little rough from close up.  The red cap on the Overtemperature light is missing. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This unit is in PARTIAL working condition.  It does cool down all the way to -75ºC but here is NO heat output at all.  The overtemperature light does not light up and the heater switch does not light up.  Air flow is restricted to only 3CFM and we are not sure why.  The Airflow and Refrigeration lamps do not illuminate. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
