Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  This scope is in Fair cosmetic condition, with minor blemishes from prior use.  There are a few digs/scratches in the exterior plastic, and some rub-marks of blue paint on several of the sides.  The display looks normal in operation, but when it is switched off, there are some marks inside the glass that look like a partial cleaning was performed.  The Keysight labels are still intact, so either they did it, or they decided it was not worth fixing last time this scope went home.  One of the knobs is a little torn on the soft rim.

Notes: This scope is in Good working condition.  The display is bright and clear, and the controls respond to user inputs.  We were impressed it was able to autoscale all 4 channels simultaneously out to 700MHz, and individual channels could show signals to 2GHz (but the readings were unsteady obviously).  At normal frequencies (1GHz/channel, 250GHz/4channels) it performed as expected.  A signal applied to all channels, with all channels set to the same offset, had overlapping traces on all channels.  Self-tests pass.  User calibration passes.  Keyboard tests pass.  No other testing was done.
