Agilent DSO9254A Infiniium Oscilloscope Fails Calibration, Seems to Work - Parts

Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging.  This scope is in Fair cosmetic condition, with minor scuffs/scratches and adhesive label residues from prior use.  There are several knobs with their fronts squished.  The front panel is loose on the top/left corner.  There are a few heavy scratches on the touch screen. It came to us with a rejection sticker from a calibration laboratory, saying it failed calibration and needs repair.  We are not sure what repairs it may need.

Notes: This scope is in PARTIAL working condition.  It takes an extraordinarily long time to load the oscilloscope software.  It loads Windows, then sits and does nothing for several minutes.  We thought the software may not be loading, but left it running, and 15 minutes later the oscilloscope popped up onscreen.  The touch screen works well.  Each channel is able to see signals out to 4GHz, and all four are able to autotune on a 1GHz signal at the same time.  The controls light up and respond to user inputs appropriately.  It passed its self tests.  We tried to run a user calibration, but we don't have an MSO probe set.  It passed everything until it came to the digital section, which we had to cancel, and it called the entire calibration "Failed".  We are not sure if this will pass calibration.  No other testing was done.
