Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging.  This scope is in Fair cosmetic condition with minor blemishes from prior use including scuffs/scratches and adhesive label residues.  There are a couple of heavy scratches on the top/front corner area.  Tamper-evident seals on the rear are intact.  There are a few shallow dents in the top.  One of the rear feet has a piece broken off, but the scope still has enough foot remaining to sit normally on your bench.  This came to us with a label, "Scope will not stay powered on, send to keysight for repair."

Notes: This instrument is NOT working properly!  It gets as far into the boot-up sequence as the "Windows Error Recovery" menu, and shuts off.  It would not power on again just by pressing the power button.  No other testing was done.  This item MUST be sent to Keysight for repairs.  This sale will be AS-IS.
