Condition: Used. This lift is in Fair cosmetic condition.  There are lots of scuffs and scratches, minor dings, paint splashes, caulk residues from installation, and even rust in a few places.  The paint looks like it may have been repainted in places.  The key switch inside the carriage has the key broken off in the "ON" position. The emergency stop button has its operator broken off so the e-stop is non-functional.  The data plate is very badly faded.  The platform tilts very slightly down, about 1cm lower on the side away from the lifting mechanism.  Tags we received with this indicate is received regular annual inspections until 2021.

Please note: There is only one key with this unit, aside from the key broken off inside the carriage.

Notes: We removed this from a condo complex that was being demolished.  This lift is in good working condition but a little noisy, reflective of its construction.  The doors close with a loud bang, and the belts make a chug-chug noise as the motor runs.  Operation of all the up/down switches requires only a very light touch.
