Condition: Used. This tester is in good cosmetic condition except for a few dents and heavy scratches on the edges of the aluminum table's edges.

Notes: This tester is in good working condition as far as we can test. At power-on it loads into the testing screen without any errors. Pressing the head end down until it latches starts a test, and pressing it again to release ends the test. We tested a random piece of fabric laying around the shop and got pretty consistent results (results and printout are shown). We used a silicone sheet (shown, included) to occlude the test port and got a reading of 0.0000 permeability as expected. With the test port open, without any sample present, we kept "push"ing the airflow range higher and it eventually maxed out at 1490 ft2/ft2/min. The display is bright and clear, and the touch screen works well. The printer works. No other testing was performed.

- Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
- Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.
Return Shipping and Refunds
- If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
- Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Shipping and Responsibility
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
