Condition: Used. This item comes in non-original packaging.  It has scuffs, scratches, dings, dents, and taped seat from normal use. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: When power was applied, this item ran very smoothly. 
It drove forward/reverse, stopped, and turned with no problems.  This vehicle does come equipped with a battery charger, as seen.  It does come equipped with an emergency/parking brake, but it doesn't seem to hold that well.  It may need to be adjusted or replaced.  No further testing was performed.
