Condition: Used. This system is in fair cosmetic condition, with lots of blemishes from prior use. The top of the machine and the "top" (side) of the computer are heavily scratched and stained, and there is a big dent in the computer case. There are also minor adhesive label residues in several places. One corner of the machine, by the buttons, is worn all the way through the paint on the whole corner. The PCB mounting rails in the machine are dented in many places from grub screws being tightened for holding brackets. The top cover is not secured to the machine.

Notes: This system is in good working condition as far as we can test. The login for the Operator level login is the only one we have, so we were only able to verify basic functions: Both linear axes and all cameras are working, the door guard optical sensor works, the camera lights of various colors work, and the computer boots to Windows without errors. The YesVision AOI software was able to give a live feed from the camera. We were able to move both axes manually in the ControlPoint software. The e-stop and power switch on the machine both work. Please NOTE: The fan in the computer's power supply was noisy when we started testing, but it became quiet after a while. The whole time the AOI machine is powered on, a high-frequency whine comes from inside, likely from the motor drives. No other testing was done.
Please NOTE: You will likely want to contact Nordson to get access to Machine Builder or other types of logins for this system, as we do not have the username/password for any but the op login.

- Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
- Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.
Return Shipping and Refunds
- If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
- Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Shipping and Responsibility
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
- Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
- Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
