Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  This drawer is in Fair cosmetic condition with minor scuffs/scratches and residues from prior use, mostly on the parts that hide inside a cabinet when the unit is installed.

Notes: This drawer was removed from a closed loft apartment and is in Good working condition, except that the self-closing soft-close doesn't self-close, it is only soft-close and you have to press it closed like a normal drawer.  Otherwise it heats to different temperatures and operates the fan as programmed according to the controls.  NO other testing was done.
No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
