Condition: Used. This set is in fair cosmetic condition, with some scuffs/scratches but pretty clean. The pendant has a scratch and dig on the bottom right corner of the touchscreen area. There are scuffs/scratches on both the arm and the controller as shown. There are adhesive label residues in many places. It looks like a couple of side caps are missing from two of the manipulator elbows. We do not have the mate for the quick release tool changer. The maintenance history reflects a service by Kuka in 2023.

Notes: This robot is in good working condition as far as we can test, with two notable issues: Joint 6 makes some regular clicking sounds when turning (shown on the video). The pendant touch screen works but has increasingly bad offsets nearer the bottom of the display, and the area near the scratch doesn't really work at all; a computer mouse plugged into the USB port on the pendant is a good workaround. The hours counter reports only 746 hours runtime. We were able to get all 6 axes moving in start-up mode after reconfiguring the program slightly to remove references to the previous owner's networked safety parts. The diagnostics call the state of the internal battery "Charge ok" but we can't guarantee capacity/runtime of the batteries. We left the robot parked as close to the transport position called out on the base as possible. We did not test the proximity switch or tool changer. No other testing was done.

30-Day Guarantee
- Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
- Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.
Return Shipping and Refunds
- If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
