Condition: Used. This robot is in fair cosmetic condition, with minor blemishes from prior use, mostly paint rubbed off a few bolt heads on the corner hear the end of the arm, and a few scuffs here and there. The touch screen has some blemishes that don't show until it's turned off, and they don't affect function.
The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.
Notes: This lot is in good working condition as far as we can test. We verified it will Master and Calibrate without errors, and each axis moves through its range of motion without any ugly noises (listen to this unit in the attached video). The force sensor reports applied forces, though we have no way to measure these. The keypad and touchscreen on the pendant work. The arm has 4x fresh "C" batteries and the controller battery was over 3.0V so we left it. We made a full backup of the system in working condition for you. No other testing was done.

30-Day Guarantee
- Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
- Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.
Return Shipping and Refunds
- If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.

Shipping and Responsibility
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
