Condition: New Other. This rack is in Good cosmetic condition except for some mousey footprints inside.  The paperwork that came with this unit indicates it shipped from Belden in late 2021 and was never unwrapped.  There are small spots of rust here and there all around the bottom part of the cabinet.  The bottom interior panel looks okay, but the bottom you can see through the foot hole openings is visibly rusted.
