Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging.  This BERT is in Fair cosmetic condition with blemishes from prior use.  There are heavy dents on top, as well as scuffs/scratches and adhesive label residues from prior use.

Notes: This system is in PARTIAL working condition.  We are not experts in the use of this equipment and are not able to perform full tests.  The tester powers on and loads the instrument software.  An error dialog comes up automatically, immediately.  It FAILS its self-tests, with the shown messages.  The touch screen works.  No other testing was done.
No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
