Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  This counter was formerly rack-mounted and is in Good cosmetic condition.  There are no bumpers or handle with this unit.

Notes: This counter is in good working condition as far as we can test.  It powers on with the sequence of displays shown in image #4, with a PASSED result for power-on self tests.  Channels 1 and 2 both show 10MHz output on the rear panel as 10MHz with some bouncing on the last digit.  Both 1 and 2 read signals from our source at least to 250MHz.  Channel 3 read signals to 3GHz with some instability in the last couple of significant digits; we are not sure if that is from our source or the counter.  It was able to make a ratio measurement also.  No other testing was done.

Please NOTE: The display on this counter is dim, the pictures show it a little worse than it is to your eyes but it's pretty dim.
